Sales Executive - Chat Based

Sync Pulse is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Design Campaign as Chat-Based Sales Agents. Successful candidates will engage with potential clients through chat, helping them find the right design services while building strong client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via chat platforms.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate design services.
- Engage with clients across various digital and social platforms, including Twitch and Discord.
- Convert inquiries and conversations into successful sales.
- Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Strong written English skills.
- Familiarity with digital and social platforms such as Twitch and Discord.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience ranging from none to 12 months; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is an on-site position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13D, Karachi.
- Working hours are scheduled in two shifts: 6:30 PM to 2:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- The basic salary ranges from PKR 15,000 to 20,000, supplemented by commission and bonuses.
- The earning potential for this role can reach between PKR 50,000 and 100,000 per month, depending on performance.
