Sales Executive, Cold Calling (US Market, Night Shift 6 PM to 3 AM)

Evietek, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Islamabad, is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, to align with US business hours. The primary focus is on generating new business from US clients through cold calling, supported by cold email and LinkedIn outreach. Candidates will manage the entire sales process independently—from initial contact to closing deals—and will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships post-sale. This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 110,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Please note, this is a night shift role with weekends off, and applicants must be comfortable with the timing and on-site work requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily cold calls to US-based businesses, leveraging cold email and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Present and pitch Evietek’s digital marketing services, including social media management, Meta and Google Ads, SEO, content creation, and branding solutions.
- Prepare tailored proposals, address objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are executed smoothly.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably within agencies, IT services, BPO, or B2B sectors.
- Proven cold calling experience targeting US clients is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets; be prepared to discuss specific achievements.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for communicating with US-based clients.
- Resilience and comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, or similar platforms.
- Willingness and ability to commit long-term to the 6 PM to 3 AM on-site shift.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though strong sales performance is valued more highly.
