Office Automation Services, a fast-growing technology company specializing in ERP solutions, is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Our ERP software is designed to help businesses streamline their operations, improve productivity, and scale efficiently. As we grow both locally and internationally, we are looking for a professional with 2 to 3 years of ERP sales experience who can effectively generate new business and nurture long-term client relationships. This is an on-site role with a mid-day shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for ERP software solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and client presentations tailored to specific customer needs.
- Analyze client business requirements and recommend customized ERP solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in ERP software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple sales opportunities effectively.
