Currently, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. This role involves managing inbound customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and guiding businesses in selecting the most suitable MoneyPex software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients and respond promptly to their inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate MoneyPex software products.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct online demonstrations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM software.
- Follow up with interested leads to facilitate deal closures.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- A positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training and development will be provided.
Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. This is an in-person role, providing the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
