Sales Executive

Med Exam Expert (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Islamabad, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. We specialize in providing online medical examination preparation courses to healthcare professionals and students worldwide. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy engaging with customers, and possess a strong passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms to promote our courses.
- Actively promote and sell medical examination preparation courses, including MRCOG, AMC, and other specialized programs.
- Follow up on leads promptly and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and meet performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update customer information within the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable courses accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing professional support throughout the enrollment process.
- Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to team success.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
