We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team full-time at our Karachi office, working the morning shift. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service, combining various aspects such as client acquisition, upselling, lead conversion, complaint resolution, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high standards of customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Actively acquire new clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Convert leads into loyal customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Ensure customer retention by maintaining positive relationships and following up regularly.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned KPIs related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts in Karachi.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
