We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at the Karachi Sales Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in industries such as FMCG, real estate, or construction. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow up effectively with clients, and proficiency in computer applications. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and ready to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Utilize computer skills to manage sales data and prepare reports as required.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or a relevant Graduate degree.
- 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG, real estate, or construction sectors.
- Age up to 30 years.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Strong computer literacy is essential.
- Excellent communication and sales follow-up skills.
- Possession of own bike or alternative conveyance is preferred for ease of travel.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs 23,766.90 to Rs 82,031.82 per month.
