Sales Executive

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive with a focus on the telecom sector to join our inbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecom sales, inbound calling, or BPO sales environments. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and converting inbound inquiries into successful sales. The position is onsite and requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls promptly and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products or services.
- Convert inbound calls and inquiries into successful sales transactions.
- Clearly articulate product and service benefits while managing customer objections effectively.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales information in designated systems.
- Adhere to established sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet overall sales objectives.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in telecom sales, inbound sales, or BPO environments.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation and Work Location
- Salary range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 150,000 per month.
- Work location: Onsite with night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
