We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, presenting products effectively, generating sales, and consistently meeting assigned sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and sales, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, materials, pricing, and available customization options.
- Manage inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders for customers.
- Follow up on leads promptly and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed customer records and generate sales reports.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in furniture sales, showroom operations, retail, or home décor sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage customers and close sales.
- Strong customer focus with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Professional demeanor with strong follow-up and closing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates residing in Bahria Town Karachi or nearby areas will be given preference due to the work location.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
- This is an in-person role based at the showroom located in Bahria Town Karachi.
