Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends and developments.
- Proactively work on generated leads by making calls to achieve daily KPIs.
- Schedule at least 10 client appointments daily, ensuring a minimum of one meeting is conducted each day.
- Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend the most suitable real estate projects.
- Assist potential clients during project site visits, providing detailed information and support.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company to close sales successfully.
- Frequently visit various project sites to maintain firsthand knowledge and client engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
