We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Service Representative to join our team for international outbound sales. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gulistan-e-Johar and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with a fixed night shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The role primarily involves outbound calling combined with inbound lead handling. We offer structured training, a transparent commission structure, and a clear promotion path for top performers. Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to international B2B prospects while managing inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads, negotiate contract terms, and close deals that generate measurable revenue.
- Meet weekly activity targets, including 50+ qualified outreach touches, and convert prospects into closed sales.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, adhering to a 3:1 prospect-to-pipeline conversion guideline.
- Build and nurture client relationships to support renewals and customer retention.
- Participate actively in daily sales meetings, call coaching sessions, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in international B2B sales, outbound sales, or client acquisition roles; experience in BPO or outbound sales is also considered.
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) at C1/C2 level.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Availability to work the fixed night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.
