Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals

Required Qualifications
- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation abilities to influence and persuade customers
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales, or BPO environments
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or A-Levels
