Sales Executive

HR Blend is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join as Chat Sales Executives. This entry-level sales role is ideal for freshers who are eager to begin their careers in sales and customer service. The job is based in North Nazimabad, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. This role offers attractive earning potential, including a base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with potential customers via chat and digital platforms
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Promote company products or services to interested customers
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Maintain positive and ongoing customer relationships
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to engage professionally with customers through chat platforms
- Interest in online sales and familiarity with digital tools
- Basic computer skills, including typing proficiency
- Confidence, consistency, and eagerness to learn and improve
