Sales Executive

We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage potential clients through outbound calls, turning conversations into valuable business opportunities. This position requires a high volume of calls daily, a strong lead generation mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Confidently present and explain offerings to generate interest.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to support the sales team’s pipeline.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems regularly.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent fluency in English with clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high call volume, comfortably making 100+ dials per day.
- Strong lead generation skills with a target-driven approach and effective follow-up techniques.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and focused on achieving results independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, onsite position located at Shara e Faisal, Karachi.
- Night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Compensation includes a fixed salary commensurate with experience and skills, along with performance-based incentives.
