We are a UK-based car rental company with an operations office located in Johar Town, Lahore, seeking an experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with international customers, build strong relationships, and effectively convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. This full-time, office-based role offers a competitive basic salary along with an attractive commission structure and the opportunity to work with customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company’s car rental services.
- Build and maintain professional relationships through clear and effective communication.
- Follow up with new and existing leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle rental options accordingly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless booking and vehicle handover process.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute positively to overall team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cold calling and sales, preferably targeting international markets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to follow up diligently and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work comfortably with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Must be available to work full-time from the Johar Town, Lahore office.

- Experience in the car rental, automotive, travel, or service industries is an advantage.
- Competitive basic salary starting from Rs150,000 per month plus an attractive commission structure.
