We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join a reputable real estate company based in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to generate leads and successfully convert them into sales. This full-time position operates from Saturday to Thursday, between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with Fridays off. The role requires a professional who is confident, presentable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.
- Generate new leads and diligently follow up to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations and organize client meetings to showcase available listings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- A confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
