Sales Executive

US Civil Genix is seeking to hire three motivated Sales Executives to join our team at the Lahore office located in Gulberg. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in call center operations or international sales. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing international clients.
- Promote and sell company products and services effectively to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or international sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to work full-time with a commitment to a 3-month probation period.
