Sales Executive

Friend Developers is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team. This role focuses on driving growth within our digital marketing and web solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within digital marketing or IT services, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary plus commission, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). This is an in-person position with a monthly pay range of Rs35,000 to Rs80,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients within the digital marketing and web solutions sector.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Track sales activities and report progress to management regularly.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle clients professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close deals successfully.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
