Sales Executive-Medical Billing

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team specializing in the US healthcare medical billing sector. This full-time, on-site position is based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging healthcare providers, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the US healthcare and medical billing market.
- Reach out to healthcare providers, clinics, physicians, and medical practices to present company services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound, and inbound calls.
- Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for lead generation and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong abilities in prospecting, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Target-driven mindset with the capability to work independently.
