The company specializes in sourcing pre-owned vehicles from top Japanese auctions and dealerships, ensuring thorough inspection and reliable shipping services for clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding Japanese used vehicles through phone, WhatsApp, and various online channels.
- Understand the specific requirements of buyers and recommend suitable vehicle options accordingly.
- Provide accurate quotations, detailed vehicle information, and pricing to potential customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain organized records of customers, leads, and completed sales transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and provide timely shipment updates.
- Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Confident, polite, and goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Freshers are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided.
