Sales Executive - Outbound cold caller

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time, night shift basis at our Johar Town L Block location in Lahore. This role involves reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce our range of digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Web Development. The successful candidate will generate leads, schedule appointments for the sales team, and maintain client engagement. Strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment are essential for this position. The working hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the role requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to promote digital marketing services.
- Clearly explain the benefits of services based on customer needs.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to sustain engagement and interest.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Handle basic customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred; however, freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
- Good command of English communication.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
