Sales Executive

Amigos Engineering Services is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to develop a long-term career in the BPO industry. The role offers a competitive salary package of up to PKR 60,000 along with uncapped performance-based bonuses. The workplace is located at Lane 5, Main Peshawar Road, Westridge II, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally confirm client information to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all documentation and call recordings comply with quality standards
- Maintain precise records of sales activities
- Collaborate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets consistently

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience on any campaign (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and listening
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies
- Professional demeanor and effective customer handling skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts
- Note: Regular students are not eligible to apply
