The Sales Executive (Real Estate) position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties by identifying and qualifying potential buyers, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the entire sales cycle. Daily activities include responding promptly to inquiries, nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, preparing price quotations and payment plans, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information. The role requires meeting sales targets, staying informed about project features and market trends, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or sales management systems to track leads, opportunities, and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospective buyers for residential and commercial units.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits to showcase project features.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Prepare and share accurate price quotations and payment plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of project information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Keep abreast of local real estate market trends and project developments.
- Maintain and update CRM or sales logs to track sales activities and client data.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales with strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident in delivering presentations and conducting property tours.
- Basic marketing and customer service expertise to effectively promote projects and ensure a professional buyer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM or sales management tools for record-keeping and reporting.
- Good understanding of Karachi’s real estate market dynamics, including residential and commercial property trends.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work on-site with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
