Sales Executive Required (Outbound)

Digital Promotix is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition for our digital marketing services. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential business clients, understand their marketing needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process to close deals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and key decision-makers to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Identify prospects who could benefit from Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, or website development.
- Engage prospects by asking relevant questions, explaining service offerings clearly, and addressing any objections.
- Schedule consultations, follow up with interested leads, and successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect details and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work diligently to meet or exceed agreed-upon appointment and sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development roles.
- Confident and professional verbal communication skills in English, especially over the phone.
- Strong abilities in prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Capability to independently manage and prioritize a sales pipeline.
- Prior experience selling digital marketing services is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in digital marketing sales will be an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 based on performance.
- This is an in-person position, allowing for direct collaboration with the team and clients.
