Sales Executive

The Sales Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Sialkot. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, preparing detailed sales reports, and working closely with the marketing team. The role also requires visiting clients, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Conduct thorough market research to inform sales strategies
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities
- Visit clients regularly to understand their needs and negotiate contracts
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and consistently achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong market research, strategic planning, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed and work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
