Sales Executive

Clesso Sports is seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our e-commerce team based in Sialkot. We are expanding our online sales operations and looking for dedicated professionals to manage and grow our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. The roles available include Amazon Sales & E-Commerce Executive, Shopify Sales & E-Commerce Executive, and Etsy Sales & E-Commerce Executive. Successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining product listings, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth order processing to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the assigned online sales channel effectively.
- Upload and update product listings regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and attract customers.
- Handle customer orders promptly and respond to customer messages professionally.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and stock levels to maintain competitive positioning.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inventory and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or Etsy is essential.
- Strong understanding of online sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in product listings.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce management tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
