PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Executive (SVC) to join its team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role operates during night shifts and is best suited for candidates with prior BPO experience who have strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career in the BPO industry. The primary responsibility is to verify sales on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high standards in documentation and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Coordinate closely with sales and quality assurance teams.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available for overtime, additional training, or performance improvement sessions when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and listening.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude and effective customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.

This position offers a competitive starting salary of Rs. 100,000 per month, with potential for additional uncapped bonuses. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate to Rawalpindi before starting. Experience in American BPOs and proficiency in English are required. Walk-in interviews are encouraged and conducted Monday to Friday during evening hours at the company’s Rawalpindi office.
