Sales Executive (SVC)

PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) to join our expanding team at our Saddar Rawalpindi branch. This full-time, on-site position operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess strong communication skills and are eager to develop a long-term career in the BPO industry. The role involves verifying sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance, maintaining professional communication with clients, and collaborating closely with sales and quality assurance teams. Candidates must be prepared to work a 10-hour night shift and be available for overtime or additional training when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Confirm client information and policy details in a professional manner.
- Ensure all required documentation and call recordings meet quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified sales.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance departments.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets consistently.
- Remain flexible to work overtime or stay back for training and performance improvement as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail to identify inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude with effective customer handling capabilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
