Sales Executive - Travel and Tours.

World Visit Travel and Tours is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, handling inquiries primarily through WhatsApp, following up with potential customers, and converting these inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Follow up consistently with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare clear and accurate quotations and communicate package details effectively to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities for reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and smooth booking processes.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, travel and tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Professional and confident demeanor suitable for customer-facing interactions.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into sales.
- Basic computer literacy to manage communications and maintain records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information
The position offers a basic salary of PKR 32,000. Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The role is based in person at LG-150, RJ Mall, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
