Job title: Sales & Growth Trainee (Fresh Graduates / Final-Year BBA)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (on-site)

Employment type: Paid traineeship, 3 months, with a full-time offer for top performers

Most marketing graduates learn sales from slides. At Botmer, you’ll learn it by talking to real startup founders in San Francisco, New York and London, from your first week.

About Botmer Botmer International places senior AI native engineers inside startup teams in the US and UK. Our engineers are live within 2 days, work month to month, and there are no long term contracts. We’re building a young sales team and training it from scratch.

Two tracks (we’ll place you after a short test)

1. Outreach track (2 seats)

Start conversations with startup founders and CTOs on LinkedIn
Write short, personal messages using AI tools and our playbook
Reply to interested founders and book calls with our engineers
Work the UK shift (1pm to 10pm) or the US shift (6pm to 3am) PKT

2. Research track (1 seat)

Find US and UK startups that are hiring engineers right now
Identify founders and decision makers, and build clean lead lists in Google Sheets
Learn data tools used by sales teams worldwide
Shift: 11am to 8pm PKT

What you’ll learn

B2B sales and lead generation for international clients
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI writing tools, email outreach and research tools
How to talk to founders, handle objections and book meetings
How a real sales pipeline is measured, week by week

Who should apply

BBA, BS Marketing or related students in their final year, or fresh graduates (2025 or 2026)
Strong written English, because you’ll be writing to founders abroad
Curious, organised and not afraid of targets
No sales experience needed. We train you from day one.
