Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales leads, from initial capture through to successful conversion. Manage lead qualification processes and assign leads to appropriate sales representatives to ensure efficient pipeline flow. Monitor pipeline activity closely to guarantee timely follow-up and consistent progress toward sales targets. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies, refine qualification criteria, and optimize conversion rates using data analytics. Track lead performance within CRM systems, prepare detailed reports and sales forecasts, and recommend process improvements based on insights. Coach team members on best practices for lead management, maintain accurate documentation, and support leadership with strategic planning related to lead flow and revenue objectives.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales operations, lead management, or related sales support roles, with a strong focus on pipeline management and conversion metrics. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with sales analytics tools, including the ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and customer success teams in a remote environment. Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience developing or refining lead qualification criteria and processes, and using data-driven insights to recommend improvements to sales workflows. Comfortable working remotely with strong self-direction, reliable time management, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as video conferencing, shared documents, and project management systems. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a sales-focused environment.
