Catchy Kids is seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Persons at our Saddar Ghakkhar Plaza Outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in product selection, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment focused on kids' clothing and fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences.
- Promote products actively and work towards meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Assist customers with selecting sizes, colors, and styles to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring the store environment is clean and welcoming.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Support stock management activities including arrangement, tagging, and inventory checks.
- Operate the POS/billing system efficiently and manage cash transactions when necessary.
- Foster a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Presentable, energetic, and confident personality suitable for a retail environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a busy retail setting.
- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is advantageous.
