Sales Manager – Auto Trading | Africa Region
Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi
Shift: Morning | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: 100k to 150K + Uncapped 30% Commission
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our international sales operations focused on the Africa region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the auto trading industry, proven team management skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in the Auto Trading industry
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
- Experience in international vehicle sales, preferably in the Africa region
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of international sales and customer handling
- Ability to motivate, manage, and improve team performance
- Target-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- Manage and supervise the international sales team
- Set and monitor team sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients
- Focus on sales growth within the Africa region
- Monitor individual and team performance
- Train, guide, and motivate sales team members
- Prepare and review sales performance reports
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Salary budget 100K to 150K
- Uncapped 30% Commission
- Performance-based earning potential
- Monday to Friday working schedule
- Morning shift
