Sales Manager for CCTV Cameras

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager based in Karachi, Pakistan, to lead our CCTV camera sales efforts. This full-time, on-site position operates during morning shifts and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The role involves frequent travel to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify and manage sales opportunities, and drive the growth of CCTV and security system products within the region. The salary range for this position is PKR 80,000 to 180,000, reflecting experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand the customer base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for CCTV cameras and related security products.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions.
- Travel within Karachi and surrounding areas as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in CCTV cameras or security systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV technology and security products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Proficient in managing sales pipelines and CRM tools.
