Sales Manager

Move Energy Private Limited, based in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the solar energy sector by developing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires someone with solid experience in the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while generating high-quality leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solar energy solutions tailored to those requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare sales proposals, and successfully close deals.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, products, and developments within the solar energy market to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the solar industry.
- Strong sales acumen, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proficient in managing client relationships effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Solid understanding of solar products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation and Work Environment
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs33,000 to Rs170,000, reflecting experience and performance. This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the company’s Gujranwala location, providing direct engagement with clients and the internal team.
