Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Islamabad.

The Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set performance targets, and monitor results to achieve business goals for life insurance products.

Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions, and preparing sales forecasts and reports for management.

The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to support marketing initiatives, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and identify new market opportunities. Qualifications

Proven sales leadership and team management skills, including experience setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching sales staff.
Strong business development and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Solid understanding of sales planning, reporting, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and forecast results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact with diverse stakeholders.
Background in insurance, financial services, or related industries is highly beneficial; knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or insurance are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a structured corporate setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving targets ethically and maintaining high professional standards.
