The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, focused on driving the promotion and sales of Jubilee Life’s insurance products. The primary objective is to generate leads, support customer acquisition, and enhance client retention through strategic sales and marketing efforts. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with clients to ensure effective delivery of product offerings and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities aimed at promoting insurance products.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer segments to identify opportunities.
- Assist in the development of targeted campaigns and sales strategies tailored to specific market needs.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to present products and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in market planning and marketing to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in market research, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret market data and customer insights.
- Demonstrated sales abilities, including prospect engagement, negotiation, deal closure, and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills for clear presentations and effective relationship building with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is highly advantageous.
- Competency in MS Office applications and basic CRM tools, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- A strong customer focus, ethical conduct, and the capacity to work effectively in a target-driven, on-site environment.
