Sales & Marketing Head – Karachi

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to drive our business expansion efforts in Karachi. The primary focus of this role will be on franchise development and establishing a strong distribution network. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives to grow our market presence, develop new partnerships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. This position requires hands-on leadership and direct reporting to the CEO, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Karachi market.
- Build, expand, and manage franchise and distribution networks to maximize market coverage.
- Identify potential franchisees and distributors, conduct onboarding processes, and maintain strong relationships.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and strategic market partnerships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and business development targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports directly to the CEO on progress and challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Distribution, or Franchising.
- Deep understanding of the Karachi market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Proven track record demonstrating successful business development and consistent sales growth.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs104,374.15. This role requires the candidate to work on-site in Karachi to effectively manage franchise and distribution activities.
