Sales & Marketing Officer

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our agency, BIG FUTUR, specializing in digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital marketing and web development services through proactive customer outreach. This role involves engaging potential clients primarily via phone calls, managing the sales pipeline efficiently, and driving business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. The position is based in-house, with office premises conveniently located near Baloch Pull on Main Sharea Faisal.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accelerating the closure of deals.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute to the agency’s growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and web development is essential to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Proven experience or familiarity with sales processes, particularly in a telecalling or customer outreach capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build trust.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple leads and sales activities.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM.

- Previous experience in a similar sales role within the digital services industry will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of 50,000 PKR, with an additional 10% commission on local sales, providing strong earning potential.
