Sales & Marketing Representative

Gulf Star Services is seeking a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis. This role requires an energetic professional with 2 to 5 years of sales experience who can not only drive sales but also serve as the on-camera face of the brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the confidence to appear in promotional videos, advertisements, and social media marketing campaigns. Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM, offering a competitive salary package with commission and allowances.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, engage with potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
- Represent Gulf Star Services professionally in promotional videos, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Appear on camera to present company services, explain offers, and promote the brand effectively.
- Deliver promotional messages, short presentations, and marketing content confidently on camera.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative promotional ideas and campaigns.
- Build customer trust and maintain a professional brand image across digital platforms.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Confidence and a professional demeanor in front of the camera.
- Comfortable appearing in advertisements, promotional videos, reels, and other marketing content.
- Fluency in Urdu with good English communication skills.
- Presentable, energetic, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
