A leading telecom company is looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join their team in Islamabad. This full-time role focuses on actively promoting and selling telecom products by engaging directly with customers. The position requires a high level of mobility and flexibility, as most of the work will be conducted on the road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell the company’s telecom products to both potential and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, supporting the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Manage sales documentation and reporting in accordance with company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Ownership of a bike is mandatory due to the on-the-road nature of the role, enabling local travel and customer visits.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous sales experience, especially within the telecom sector, will be considered an advantage.

- A competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
