Sales Officer - Islamabad / Rawalpindi

As a Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will play a vital role in driving car sales for our partner dealers and private sellers. This position demands strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the automotive market, and a proven ability to close sales. You will contribute directly to the growth and success of PakWheels’ vehicle sales platform by managing listings, engaging with customers, and facilitating smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee vehicle listings for assigned customers, including visiting seller locations to upload and update car details. Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely vehicle certification.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing accurate and engaging information about the assigned car stock.
- Accompany prospective buyers to seller locations, applying effective sales techniques to showcase vehicles and enhance the overall customer buying experience.
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers, ensuring all transaction processes are properly handled.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to management, tracking sales activities, customer engagement, and performance metrics in the required format.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of automobiles, including current industry trends and market standards.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a dedication to achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital communication tools such as email and internet platforms.
