SALES OFFICER

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join a client in the Printing and Packaging industry based in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or packaging sectors. This role focuses on driving business development efforts by acquiring new customers and expanding sales through effective relationship management and market understanding. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is required. The position demands a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective business customers to create new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential accounts.
- Conduct client visits to understand their requirements and present appropriate products or packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders to ensure closure.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, production updates, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated capability to identify new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with conducting client visits.
