Sales officer

HR Electric Co. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join their team at the location opposite KMC Head Office, Lighthouse, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a sales-driven approach, with the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships while consistently meeting sales targets. This role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting electrical products, and contributing to the company’s growth through excellent service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and understand their specific requirements.
- Promote and sell electrical products and related items effectively.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is organized and appealing.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales leads promptly.
- Keep accurate daily sales records and coordinate with management regarding stock availability.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation; Intermediate qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, electrical products, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills are essential.
- Ability to work diligently towards achieving sales targets.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and presentable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic knowledge of electrical products will be considered a plus.
- The compensation package includes a basic salary of PKR 20,000 per month.
- Additional allowances include an attendance allowance of PKR 1,000 and a daily time allowance of PKR 250, subject to attendance and payment policies.
- Alternate Sunday allowance of PKR 1,000 is provided.
- Sales commission of 0.5% on eligible sales, along with additional incentives on selected products, offers an opportunity to increase earnings.
