Sales Officer - Karachi

As a Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will play a vital role in driving vehicle sales by supporting partner dealers and private sellers. You will engage directly with customers and sellers, managing listings and facilitating smooth transactions to enhance the overall buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee vehicle listings for assigned clients by visiting seller locations to upload and update car details. Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely vehicle certification and quality assurance.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing accurate and compelling information about the assigned car stock to potential buyers.
- Accompany prospective buyers to seller locations, applying effective sales techniques to showcase vehicles and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers, ensuring all transaction processes are handled efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports to management, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the required format.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills essential for engaging with customers and closing sales.
- Strong knowledge of automobiles, including current industry trends and market standards.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital communication tools such as email and internet platforms.
