Sales Officer

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Officer for its Project Sales division. Since its inception in 2012, Zameen.com has connected buyers and sellers both locally and internationally, backed by significant investments totaling $29 million from angel investors and venture capital firms. The Sales Officer will play a vital role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth and timely deal closures. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to represent the company positively and deliver a seamless experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and thoroughly assess client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits to help clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- A genuine passion for sales, with a commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
