Sales Officer - Morning Shift

Data Plus Marketing is seeking a confident, motivated, and target-driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, identify their needs, present our range of services, and successfully convert leads into sales. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and sales opportunities.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with clients to build trust and rapport.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
- Handle customer objections effectively to overcome barriers and close sales.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Confident and persuasive communication style that engages customers effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers professionally.
- A target-oriented and motivated attitude to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Previous experience in call center or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
