Zaka Brothers Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in cash and installment sales of mobiles, electronics, e-scooters, motorcycles, Chingqi, and loader rickshaws, is seeking a Sales & Recovery Officer (SRO) for its Lahore Head Office. The role focuses on driving target-based installment sales and managing timely recoveries. Both experienced and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, with a preference for those having a microfinance background. This opportunity is exclusively open to male candidates who reside within a 10-kilometer radius of the Lahore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve target-based installment sales across various product categories including mobiles, electronics, and vehicles.
- Manage and execute recovery of installment payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and recovery activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and timely payments.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments to streamline sales and recovery processes.
- Report regularly on sales performance and recovery status to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate).
- Male candidates only.
- Residency within a 10 km radius of the Lahore Head Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as required for sales and recovery activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with experience in microfinance will be given preference.

- Competitive salary starting at PKR 40,000 per month.
