Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Adhesive Products

We are seeking a motivated part-time Sales Representative to promote and sell adhesive products within Lahore. This role requires on-site engagement with trade shops, where the representative will present product offerings, discuss pricing, and secure orders. The position involves regular travel within the assigned territory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and accurately logging all visits and orders. The work schedule follows a morning shift, and candidates must have reliable transportation, such as a bike, to navigate the area efficiently. Compensation for this commission-based role ranges between PKR 300,000 and 400,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit trade shops across the designated territory to introduce and promote adhesive products.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential customers.
- Secure orders by understanding customer needs and negotiating terms effectively.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.
- Log all customer visits and orders systematically for record-keeping and performance tracking.
- Travel within the assigned area regularly, utilizing personal transportation for efficient coverage.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar field or product category.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during field visits.
- Access to a bike or other reliable mode of transportation for travel within Lahore.
- Basic organizational skills to maintain accurate records of visits and orders.
- Willingness to work morning shifts and commit to a part-time schedule.
