Sales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company services, and converting leads into successful sales to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote company services and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant call center or sales experience
- Good command of English communication skills
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work night shifts
- Target-oriented and motivated personality
